Pork Siomai      You'll Need 45 pcs. (2-1/2"x2-1/2") wanton wrapper Filling 1 pouch (115 g) DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup flour 1 stalk green onion, chopped 3/4 tsp. iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tbsp. iodized rock salt) 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 kilo ground pork 150 grams singkamas, diced 3/4 tsp. chopped ginger  Here's How  1   COMBINE ingredients for filling. Mix thoroughly.  2   WRAP 1 Tbsp. of mixture in each wanton wrapper. Seal with water.  3   STEAM for 20-25 minutes.  4   SERVE with toyo and calamansi.
