Tri color rotini pasta- 1 pound Carrots-2 beans about 20 green bell pepper- 1 Ripe plum tomatos- 3 Baked beans- 1 can Garlic pod-1 Red crushed pepper, extra virgin olive oil, italian seasoning, black pepper, salt,parsley/corinder leaves and lemon juice- add according to your taste Take a deep pot, boil the water,add salt and pasta and cook the pasta till al dente. Strain and keep the pasta a side. Save some pasta water. In a pan put a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and add the chopped garlic, beans, carrot, green bell pepper, little bit of salt and black pepper.Sautee for few minutes till the vegetable becomes tender. Transfer it to the pasta bowl. Now in the same pan sautee the beans with a teaspoon of oil, salt and pepper. Remove and sautee the tomato in the sameway. Now combine the pasta, veggies, beans and tomato with some extra virgin olive oil, little bit of pasta water, red crushed pepper, italian seasoning, salt, black pepper,lemon juice and parsley/corinader leaves. bummer! i forgot that i have schedule a chat for my mom today. but its a little bit early for me to wake up. my sister was buzzing me but theres no way i coul hear it my computer is on standby mode. arggghhh.. so today, i dont have any plans just here in house. counting resume that i sent. kapoy d ay mangita ug work oi. lols.

TUNA STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 4 lg. baking potatoes, baked (hot) 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional) 1/4 c. chopped scallion or dried onion 2 (7 oz.) cans (slid pack white) tuna, drained TOPPING: 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tbsp. grated mild Cheddar cheese 1 egg white, stiffly beaten Scoop baked potato from shells. Lightly toss with other filling ingredients. Spoon back into shells. Heat 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix Topping. Spoon over hot, stuffed potatoes. Heat 10 more minutes until lightly browned. Gil.. i was taking my time in getting there. there was a long line of Non-immigrant applicant (my flaw) i joined them after 5 minutes i realized i must be in a wrong line. i carefully reviewed my appointment letter and stated there that im on Immigrant visa. lesson. if not sure where to line never hesitate to ask the guard. when i shifted to another line it was the immigrant visa..i got it and fall in line again for the entrance to the embassy. when i got in it was about 6:45 am I waited for 5 minutes to get a number.. prepare your appointment letter, DS 156, 156k and 157. lesson. as much as possible dont leave blank put NA or NONE.. 7:10 am go back to your seat and wait for the qeueing board to flash your number. at this moment you are waiting for the finger scanning. lesson. be atte
